Kildare County Council, in conjunction with the Office of Public Works (OPW) are progressing the implementation of the Athy Flood Relief Scheme.
The purpose of this third participation event is to provide interested individuals with an overview of the project and the proposed flood alleviation measures. It will also provide an opportunity to meet the project team, share experiences of flooding in Athy and offer views on how the scheme should progress.
What to Expect
- An update on the latest progress on the Athy Flood Relief Scheme.
- Presentation of the preferred option for the project, including the size and layout of the proposed works.
- An explanation of the likely impacts during construction
- An opportunity to review the scheme and share your feedback.
