Notice of Order Extinguishment of Public Right of Way
on a Section of the R148, in the Townland of Collinstown, Leixlip, County Kildare
(under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993)
Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 has made an Order that the public right of way on a section of the R148 between the junction of the L1014, Kellystown Lane and the T-junction of the R449 and the R148, in the townland of Collinstown, Leixlip, County Kildare is hereby extinguished with effect from Saturday, 15 November 2025.
