Kildare County Council, on behalf of Coffey Group, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it will close the following road on Monday, 27 October 2025 to Saturday, 1 November 2025 to facilitate upgrade works on behalf of Uisce Éireann for the Maynooth Water Network Upgrade.

Alternative Routes: Northbound, take a left on Lyreen Avenue until you come to the Moyglare Road junction. Take a right onto Moyglare Road and continue for 1km. Take a right onto the L22143 Moyglare Road. Continue for 2km until you reach the R157 and take a right which will bring you to the Dunboyne Road roundabout. Southbound stay on the R157 and take the first exit on the Dunboyne Road roundabout. Continue for 750m until you reach the R148 junction and take a right onto the R148. Continue for 1km and take a right onto Dunboyne Road. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
