Heritage Week: Introduction to the Bodhrán Workshop for ages 8+
In this engaging bodhrán workshop with the Irish Institute of Music and Song ( IIMS) , children will combine listening & responding with hands-on participation and composition. Children will be introduced to the bodhrán in an immersive, and dynamic learning environment. Under the guidance of an expert IIMS Music Educator, this workshop will deepen children’s understanding of traditional Irish music as well as enhance their practical skills in a fun and interactive way. All children attending this workshop must be accompanied by a parent /guardian.
