Introduction to Bike Maintenance
This workshop introduces participants to the basics of bicycle maintenance. Mark Dunn from Rediscover Cycling will demonstrate how to extend the life of a bicycle and improve safety through simple, regular care.
The session will cover:
· Tubes and tyres
· Rim and disc brakes
· Chain care and lubrication
· Basic adjustments and easy repairs using
minimal tools
This is a demonstartion so please don’t bring your own bikes. However, you will have the opportunity for some hands-on
participation. Suitable for all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
