We runners are always on the lookout for new ways to improve our performance. Perhaps it’s the latest shoes with the built in carbon fiber, or the melon flavoured gel with extra electrolytes, or the “fast” 5k race, or a new training routine or perhaps even a new coaching guru! The tough truth is that most of our opportunity to improve our performance (and enjoyment) lies within the space between our two ears. It is in our heads. The stories we tell ourselves, our inner voice, has a huge impact on both our performance and our enjoyment of our chosen passion – running. What stories are you telling yourself? Are those stories helpful or are they self-limiting and getting in the way of your potential and your enjoyment? How do you change those stories?
What’s on offer?
These are three, simple, short (about one hour) workshops designed to help runners, no matter what age or ability or ambition, train their inner voice for performance, wellbeing and enjoyment. There is no previous experience or skill required. Just turn up with an open mind and a willingness to have some creative fun in the company of other runners.
The logistics
You are welcome to come to one or all three sessions. You don’t have to sign up; just turn up.
