Seed saver Workshop with Lucy Bell for ages 14+
How do you grow our wonderful native trees from seed and cuttings? How do you grow food & save some seed for next year? As well as tackling these questions in a practical, get-your-hands-dirty way, Lucy will also give an introduction to interesting and unusual perennial crops, roots, tubers and to taking cuttings.
Lucy is a trained organic horticulturalist and seed saver. She has over 15 years’ experience in food growing and working in education setting up school gardens and teaching people how to grow food in community settings through her own company Growing Wild.
