Who is that person in the photograph? - Heritage Week - Kildare Town Library
Cill Dara Historical Society hope to publish a new local history book in the near future, and we need you to help us identify people in the photographs or maybe provide dates and locations. We will have 100 old photographs on display in Kildare Town Library so please come along and share your knowledge and test your skills. It is hoped some printed photos will be available throughout Heritage Week and on the Kildare Town Footprints Facebook page, but members of Cill Dara Historical Society will be on-site on Saturday, August 23rd in the beautiful Library Gallery to chat and record your input. Exploring our Foundations - the history and heritage of Kildare Town - we can't do this without you!
Out of hours, people can contact Cill Dara Historical Society via the Facebook page, Kildare Town Footprints. If people have unique photographs of Kildare Town or people from Kildare and the surrounding areas, then please bring them along: maybe they will become part of the book.
