Kildare County Council gives notice on behalf of Arkil Ltd., that in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, that it will be closing the following road:
The L8040 from its junction R747 to its junction with the L4004.
From Monday 29th April to Friday 3rd May, 2024, between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00.
The closure is to facilitate road maintenance works on this route.
Southbound traffic travelling along R747 proceed over motorway to N78 and to the next junction on the left with L8028 and turn left, Snipestown. Proceed along L8028 to next junction with the L4004, Broomfield Cross Roads and turn left.
Northbound traffic travelling along the L4004, continue on the L4004 to next junction, turn right onto the L8028 and proceed to the N78, turn right proceed over the motorway bridge onto the R747 to first junction on right.
