We believe in artists. They are the backbone of a creative society and key contributors to a flourishing Kildare.
Our goal is to resource and assist artists to create, grow, and connect. We continue to provide a suite of bursaries, grants and residencies across art disciplines and practices so that artists can continue to enhance and develop their practice. We continue to provide a bespoke suite of training, mentoring and support opportunities for artists so that artists’ continued professional and personal development is strengthened. We create opportunities for artists to meet so that artists feel more connected in their community and with other artists. We act as a conduit between artists and wider opportunities and infrastructure so that artists are enabled to work in multi-disciplinary, inter disciplinary and transdisciplinary practices. We act as creative partner in imagining and collaborating on innovative ideas and work so that arts programmes are enriched by shared ideas created in the ‘third space’.
