SUPPORT FOR ARTS RESOURCE ORGANISATIONS

RESOURCE ORGANISATIONS

There are a number of arts organisations in the county that are seen as key to the infrastructure of the county.  In recognition of their significance in the county, the Arts Service has developed a continuous relationship with these organisations.  They are referred to as Regularly Funded Organisations (RFO’s)

The RFO’s formally apply to Kildare County Council for funding each year.  They are expected to supply

• schedule of activities from the previous year, with attendance figures
• proposal of work for the following year
• audited accounts and/or end of year accounts
• Tax clearance
• Relevant insurances
