Connect & Discover Workshop Programme for creatives (March - June 2022)

Are you an artist based in county Kildare? Are you creatively minded? Do you work in the creative arts industry?
Do you want to connect with a group of like-minded people and talk about your art?
Are you keen to look at ways to move forward with your practice?

CONNECT & DISCOVER is a new programme for creatively minded people, artists, and those working in the arts industry. In this interactive 4 workshop programme participants will connect with your community, share experiences and talk through challenges, and learn new ways of working with a renewed confidence as a creative. Connect & Discover is funded by Kildare County Council’s Arts Service ‘Arts, Health & Wellbeing’ programme which is supported by the Arts Council.

CONNECT with other creatively minded people. Whether you are an artist who works solo, or someone who collaborates when creating, the past two years have forced us all to be isolated for long periods. Many people now face the challenge of reconnecting into the community and to other artists in the local industry.

SHARE experiences, challenges and inspirations. An important focus of the programme is to encourage participants to join in group discussions.

LEARN - from each other and from coach/facilitator Matthew Ralli. By listening to the experiences of others we can learn from each other. Matthew will share his coaching knowledge on personal development, with particular focus on the power of increasing self-awareness, setting goals, appreciating personal strengths and recognising any self-limiting behaviour.

Connect & Discover will be delivered online and in person across 4 sessions, facilitated by professional Executive Coach and theatre director Matthew Ralli. Participants must be available to attend all 4 workshops, 3 hours in duration, 10am - 1pm (coffee & comfort break included). Places are limited to a maximum of 16.

Workshop dates:
Wed 30th March - online
Wed 27th April - online
Wed 25th May - online
Wed 15th June - in person (location in county Kildare)
