Opportunities to get involved in creative dance this autumn

Creative Dance Workshops this autumn

This September choreographer Philippa Donnellan will lead an easy and gentle-paced introduction to creative dance for adults of all abilities. Energising and enjoyable, sessions will involve a basic warm-up and stretching exercises, and some fun sequences set to a variety of music. No experience is necessary for these free classes, open to adults of all ages.

Dance Theatre Intensive Workshop 

This workshop is delivered as part of A LIFELONG TALE a new creative dance and storytelling project. Inventive and imaginative, this intensive is open to adults interested in exploring themes and stories, creating choreography and devising theatre. Each day will include a simple physical warm up, guided movement-based improvisation, and choreographic exploration. No experience is necessar for this free 3-day workshop. Open to adults of all ages with an interest in dance theatre.
