Naas Social Scooch Sessions
Scooch is an adaptation of the sport of Shuffleboard and is being played by groups and communities nationwide. This game can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities and is hugely sociable! Starting Monday 20 January.

Adapted Exercise Classes (Seated) with Eva
Gentle one hour adapted physical activity classes in conjunction with Arthritis Ireland. Everyone is welcome to attend - classes are suitable for all pathologies, including arthritis, pain management, and for those with mobility/balance concerns. Classes are controlled, with seated activities, and include a gentle warmup/mobility routine, a main phase low intensity cardio & functional movement section, and a gentle cool down phase to finish.
