Seated Exercise Programme

Seated exercise is an effective way to help you stay physically active, and all you need is a chair! Low-impact chair exercises help increase movement throughout the day while keeping pressure off your joints. Like other forms of physical activity, seated exercise offers similar benefits while reducing the risk of injury or discomfort.
