Serviced Sites for Sale
Kildare County Council is delighted to advertise a Serviced Sites Scheme at Clogherinkoe, Co. Kildare.
A total of 7 serviced sites are being made available for sale by Kildare County Council under the County Kildare Serviced Sites Scheme, an action of the Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029.
The sites are approximately 0.13 Ha and each site is fully serviced with access to the public road, public lighting, mains water and waste water.
The sites will be sold for €45,000, which is lower than market value.
Applicants to the scheme must comply with the Rural Housing Policy of the Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029 and other scheme criteria.
