Kildare County Council is delighted to Launch "Affordable Housing Scheme" at Grey Abbey, Kildare Town. The Link below will become active on the 24th May 2023 at 12 noon and applications will be accepted until 24th June at Midnight.
A total of 21, 3 bedroom properties are being made available for sale by Glenveagh Properties limited under affordable dwelling purchase arrangements via the affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated affordable housing regulations.
The homes will be sold for a price that is lower than the market value and the affordable purchase price to be paid will be linked to applicant(s) income (and savings where relevant) and mortgage capacity – the indicative minimum and maximum price payable will be based on the market value:
