Kildare County Council announces closure of Kerdiffstown Park, Sunday 5 January 2025

Arising from Met Éireann’s forecast of adverse weather conditions, including low temperatures, falls of sleet and snow, and snowfall accumulations expected, Kerdiffstown Park will be closed to the public on Sunday 5 January 2025.

A further announcement regarding the reopening of the park will be made on Monday 6 January once weather conditions have been assessed.  

Please note that following a meeting of Kildare County Council’s Severe Weather Assessment Team this afternoon, a public safety message was published earlier today.
