Roads Regulations, 1994
Kildare County Council, on behalf of An Garda Síochána Motor Club, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it intends to close the following roads on Sunday, 22 October 2023 to facilitate the running of a motor hillclimb/sprint.

Alternative Routes: Northbound traffic on the L4007 will be diverted right at Geraldine Crossroads to Russelstown Crossroads, R418, turn left and proceed north to Fontstown Crossroads, turn left and proceed along the R415 to Boley Crossroads at the junction with the L4007. Southbound traffic will proceed along the R415 to Fontstown Crossroads with the R418, turn right and proceed south towards Athy. At Russelstown Crossroads turn right and proceed to Geraldine Crossroads at the junction with the L4007. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or directly on the consultation portal at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/en on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 11 September 2023.
