Kildare County Council announces Part 8 Planning Consultation for Proposed Clane Library
Proposed Development includes change of use of existing retail units to use as a Library
Kildare County Council has today (Thursday 16th February) commenced a Part 8 Planning Consultation for the proposed development of a new library at the site at Units 8 & 9, The Village Centre, Clane Co. Kildare.
The proposed development will include the change of use of the existing retail units to use as a library, elevation changes to the existing buildings, a rear extension to existing buildings as well as alterations and new landscaping to the existing carpark and pedestrian access.
Details of the proposed development can be viewed online on Kildare County Council’s consultation portal and submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development are invited via the online portal or in writing by 5pm on Thursday 30th March.
