Kildare County Council, on behalf of Glas Civil Engineering Limited, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it intends to close the following roads on Friday, 21 July 2023 to Friday, 18 August 2023 to facilitate resurfacing and maintenance of the road at Corbally Road Bridge (L6063).

Alternative Route: Traffic travelling on the Harbour Road (L6063) will be diverted right onto the L6064. At the end of the road traffic will be diverted right onto the L6068. Traffic will then take a right onto the R448 until the traffic meets the L2032 where the traffic will take another right onto the L2032. Traffic will travel to the L2032 to the junction with Harbour Road (L6063) where the diversion ends. |

Alternative Route: Traffic travelling on the Harbour Road (L6063) will be diverted right onto the L2032. Traffic travelling on the L2032 Corbally will take a right and travel along the Great Connell Road (L2028) where it will take a right at Great Connell Graveyard, the junction of the L2032 and the L6064. Traffic will continue on the L6064 and take a right hand turn onto Harbour Road (L6063) where the diversion ends. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or directly on the consultation portal at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/en on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 26 June 2023.
