Ready to Build – Serviced Sites Scheme
Kildare County Council is making seven sites available to purchase in Clogherinkoe, at a reduced price, for self-builders wishing to build their own homes.
- Sites extend up to approximately 0.13Ha.
- Each site is fully serviced with access roads, public lighting, mains water and wastewater, ready for you to build your new home.
- Applicants must meet local needs requirements for planning purposes.
- The Serviced Sites Scheme is not available to undertakings and/or developers etc.
