Kildare County Council gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it intends to close the following roads on Monday, 24 March 2025 to Friday, 7 November 2025 to facilitate the maintenance of the road network as per Section 13 of the Roads Act, 1993.

The L-30024 is a cul-de-sac off the L-7004 and accessible by the same road network for local access. The reverse of this route applies to traffic travelling in the opposite direction. |

Alternative Routes: At Floods Crossroads, head towards the R-445 dual carriageway and turn left towards Naas at Ladytown Crossroads. Continue on the R-445 until the Bundle of Sticks Roundabout, then turn left and cross the M7 Motorway to the termination of the diversion route at the entrance to Newhall Business Park. The reverse of this route applies to traffic travelling in the opposite direction. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained. Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or directly on the consultation portal at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/en on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 7 April 2025.
