Online Book of Condolence for Garda Kevin Flatley
16th May 2025: An online Book of Condolence is now open for members of the public who wish to express their condolences to the family of Garda Kevin Flatley who died tragically whilst in the line of duty.
Sonya Kavanagh, Chief Executive of Kildare County Council, said: “I am deeply saddened to hear about the tragic loss of Garda Flatley. I wish to extend my deepest, heartfelt sympathies to his family, friends and Gardai colleagues who have lost one of their own whilst in the line of duty."
The Cathaoirleach of the County of Kildare, Cllr Kevin Duffy said: "I am shocked and saddened by the death of Garda Flatley. On behalf of Kildare County Council, I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues on their tragic loss."
