Discharge of Effluent to Waters – Review of Section 4 Licence
Notice is hereby given by Kildare County Council of their intention to review Section 4 Discharge Licence Register No. S4013-15 as held by Michael McManus, Forest Farm Caravan and Camping Park for the discharge of effluent to groundwater from a premises located at Ardscull and Russelstown, Athy, Co Kildare.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at Kildare County Council Head Office, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas,Co. Kildare. Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month from Tuesday, 30 May 2023.
