Kildare County Council, on behalf of Kildare Newbridge Municipal District Office, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it intends to close the following road during the period between Tuesday, 13 June 2023 to Saturday, 30 September 2023 to facilitate the maintenance of the road network as per Section 13 of the Roads Act, 1993.

Alternative Routes: Westbound Travel southbound on the L7089 and the L7092 to the junction of the L7092/L7087. At the junction, turn right and travel westbound to the junction of the L7087/L70871 where the diversion ends. Eastbound Travel eastbound on the L7087 to the junction of the L7087/L7092. At the junction turn left onto the L7092 and travel onto the L7089, where the diversion ends at the junction of the L7089/L7079. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or directly on the consultation portal at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/en on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 22 May 2023.
