Kildare County Council, on behalf of Gas Networks Ireland, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it intends to close the following road on Monday, 13 November 2023 to Wednesday, 15 November 2023 to facilitate gas connection and reinstatement works.

Alternative Route: Right onto Bridge Street R148, left onto School Street R125. End Of Detour. (Bridge Street to be managed with stop/go boards as two-way road to facilitate above diversion route). |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or directly on the consultation portal at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/en on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 23 October 2023.
