Healthy Eating Talk for over 65s
This Primary Care Dietetics talk will cover: A well-balanced diet; Calcium, Protein and Vitamin D; Hydration; Alcohol; Physical activity; and Poor Appetite. There will be an opportunity to ask the dietitian questions at the end of the talk. You will also receive some diet resources to take home with you.
