Tracing your Family Tree - A Family Event
Children and adults are invited to explore family histories and share in storytelling in this genealogy workshop.
A Library staff member from Kildare County Archives and Local Studies will give examples of how we can trace the history of our family, the detective work involved and how family history/genealogy is often like a jigsaw puzzle! Children and adults will then work together to create family themed craft.
Suitable for: Children 8-12 years old with an adult.
