Basket Making Demonstration - With Beth Murphy
Heritage Week at Athy Library will include a most wonderful event involving a screening of Episode 31 of the 1970/80s RTÉ television series 'Hands' followed by a basket weaving demonstration by local basket weaver Beth Murphy. This promises to be a unique event spotlighting traditional skills by engaging practicing craftspeople in our community. We look forward to seeing you there!
