Qandeel Kafeel (f.1991) grew up in Pakistan and moved to Ireland in 2017 is a visual artist and self-taught truck artist known for blending traditional motifs with contemporary themes. She holds a Master's degree in Home Economics (Art and Design) from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Currently, she serves as the Secretary of Art and Culture for the Pakistan Overseas Community in Ireland. In this role, she not only promotes cultural exchange but also empowers fellow artists and creatives.
