Dr Caoimhe Hartley – Menopause and Perimenopause talk - Healthy Ireland

Menopause or Perimenopause can often be thought of as being simply a hot flash or two. But it is so much more, and a lack of understanding and awareness can diminish the experience of anyone going through menopause. This can also result in questions not being asked, limiting the possibility of making informed choices. When it comes to Menopause, there are no awkward or ridiculous questions.  Learning about Menopause is critical.

Join us here in Athy Library for our first 2024 Healthy Ireland at Your Library Talk with Dr. Caoimhe Hartley of the Menopause Health Centre in Dublin. Dedicated to women's health, Dr Hartley is conscious of the difficulties women experience in understanding and navigating their Menopause journey. This talk, discussing the challenges that can accompany Perimenopause and the Menopause and Q&A session aims to help women access the best advice and care throughout their Perimenopause & Menopause experience.

Suitable for Women aged 35 plus, who are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or the menopause or anyone who seeks to learn more.
