Green Your Eats - Vegan Cookery Demonstration
Dorone Paris of Vine Food comes from a family of amazing cooks, who spend most of their quality time together cooking (it’s true!). Raised on a Persian-Israeli food culture and living in Ireland, her food fuses the middle-east with western ingredients to form a new cuisine. In the workshops for Kildare libraries, Dorone will speak of the key ingredients in plant-based cooking and the nutrition behind it. She will then cook two delicious, seasonal dishes to share with all.
