Kildare Heritage Plan Information Session: Pre-Draft Consultation
Find out how to have your say in how we manage our heritage in the new Kildare Heritage Plan
Kildare County Council is preparing a new Heritage Plan (2025-2031) to help us to increase our understanding of heritage and how to promote best practice in conserving and managing this valuable resource.
As the first step, we are looking for the people of Kildare to tell us what heritage means to them and how we can work together to protect it through this plan. Submissions are being sought from the public to help guide this process through public information sessions (including an online presentation) to engage as widely as possible with people. These submissions will be considered for the draft Heritage Plan.
By attending the information session, you will also find out what connects Napoleon Bonaparte and Allenwood Power Station!!
