The booklet contains useful information on self-care, age-friendly activities, healthy eating and more.

Kildare Older Persons Council is part of the National Age Friendly Programme which is a mix of government departments, local authorities, service providers and groups of older members of society.
The National Age Friendly Programme supports cities, counties, and towns across Ireland to prepare for the rapid ageing of Ireland's population by focusing on the environmental, economic and social factors that influence the well-being of older adults.
