New Wheelchair Swing in Celbridge
A new wheelchair swing has been installed at the Aghards Road playground in Celbridge.
Accessible play opportunities are key for many families and Kildare County Council is committed to providing different types of play equipment to meet a wide range of physical, social and cognitive needs.
The new wheelchair swing by Ballina Engineering includes a wheelchair platform and swing frame that allows young wheelchair users to experience the excitement and physical benefits of swinging.

This accessible play opportunity was funded by a Local Property Tax allocation from Celbridge-Leixlip Municipal District.
