Migrant Mothers’ Career Success
Career driven, professionally mobile individuals tend to migrate for career purposes in their twenties, thirties, and forties. Career‐based international relocations in individuals' lives coincide with the timeframe for forming partnerships that are likely to lead to creating families. This poses the question: how do internationally mobile couples deal with their professional and caring roles? In this talk Eglė Kačkutė will discuss the barriers to migrant mothers‘ career success and some potential enablers.
