Discharge of Effluent to Waters – Review of Section 4 Licence
Notice is hereby given by Kildare County Council of their intention to review Section 4 Discharge Licence Register No. S4001-13 as held by Allenwood Community Development Association Limited for the discharge of treated sewage effluent to waters at Allenwood North, Co. Kildare.
The licensee has applied to Kildare County Council to review the licence.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at Environment Department, Kildare County Council at the address below. Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month from today’s date.
