Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south towards Edenderry should head east on the R148 towards Clonard, continue the R148 towards Moyvalley and onto Enfield. At the roundabout at Enfield join the R402 towards Johnstown Bridge. Continue on the R402 through Kilshanroe and Carbury into Edenderry.

Traffic travelling north towards Kinnegad should head east on the R402 through Carbury towards Johnstown Bridge. At Johnstown Bridge use the roundabouts to head north to join the R148. Head west on the R148 through Moyvalley and Clonard and into Kinnegad.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south towards Ballycowan should turn left onto the L5001 Kilrainy heading south turning right onto the L5004 towards Ballycowan.

Traffic travelling north towards Clonard should head east on the L5004 tuning left at Junction L5001 Kilrainy heading north to its junction at the L5008 Ballycowan.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south towards Prosperous should continue straight on the L5071 through Staplestown Village to its junction with the L5074 Ballynafagh Road. Turn left at this junction and proceed along the L5074 to its junction with the L1021 Corkeragh.

Traffic travelling north towards Staplestown should continue straight along the L5074 Ballynafagh Road to its junction with the L5071. Turn right at this junction and proceed along the L5071 through Staplestown Village to its junction with the L1021 Corkeragh.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south towards Firmount Cross should continue the L5077 Butterstream to its junction with the R403 Hoganswood turning right and continuing on the R403 to its junction, turning right onto the L5076 Loughanure.

Traffic travelling north towards Laughanure Commons should stay on the R403 turning left at its junction with the L5077 Butterstream heading north to its junction with the L5076 Loughanure.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should use the L5076 Loughanure to its junction with the R403 Firmount Cross turning left onto the R403 to its junction with the L5077 at Hoganswood.

Traffic travelling north should stay on the R403 turning right at its junction with the L5076 Loughanure heading north to its junction with the L5077 Butterstream.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should use the L5019 towards Teelough turning right at its junction with the L1005 Carbury, continuing south turning right with its junction with the R402 Carbury. Continue on the R402 till its junction with the L1006 Kishwanny.

Traffic travelling north should stay on the R402, turning left at its junction with the L1005 Carbury heading north to its junction with the L5019 Teelough.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should stay on the R414 towards Shee Bridge turning right at its junction with the R403 Allenwood, continuing on the R415 turning right at the junction of L70056 Derrymullen.

Traffic travelling north should stay on the L70056 Derrymullen turning left at its junction with the R415, continuing on the R415 towards Allenwood turning left onto the R403 and continuing on the R403 turning left onto the R414 at Shee Bridge. 

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should stay on the R402 towards Kilshanroe turning left at its junction with the L5012 Kilmurry.

Traffic travelling north should turn left onto the L5012 Kilmurry towards Kilshanroe turning right onto the R402 towards Johnstown Bridge. 

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should stay on the R415 towards Allenwood turning right onto the R403 to its junction with the L7073 Robertstown West, turning right in the village onto the L7075 Lowtown.

Traffic travelling north from Robertstown should stay on the L7073 Robertstown West turning left onto the R403 towards Allenwood, turning left onto the R415 Derrymullen.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling south should stay on the R407 turning right onto the L5075 Mainham.

Traffic travelling north should stay on the R407 turning left at Borhole Cross onto the R408 Ballynaboley.
