Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling South towards Edenderry should head East on the R-148 towards Clonard, continue on the R-148 towards Moyvalley and onto Enfield. At the roundabout at Enfield join the R-402 towards Johnstown Bridge. Continue the R-402 through Kilshanroe and Carbury into Edenderry.

Traffic travelling North towards Kinnegad should head East on the R-402 through Carbury towards Johnstown Bridge. At Johnstown Bridge use the roundabouts to head North to join the R-148. Head West on the R-148 through Moyvalley and Clonard and into Kinnegad.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction with the R-415 continue straight on the R-403 towards Prosperous turning right onto the R-409 Downings. Continue on this road until turning right onto L-7081 Downings South continuing until turning right onto the R-415 Kilmeague Village.

At the junction R-415 Kilmeague Village turn left on the L-7081 towards Mylerstown continuing and turning left onto the R-409 Downings South continuing and turning left onto the R-403 towards Allenwood.

Alternative Routes:  

Northbound traffic using the R-414 will be diverted via the R-401 at Rathangan, the L-3002 at Boherkill and the R-415 at Allen Cross to Kilmeague and Allenwood.

Southbound traffic using the R-414 will be diverted via the R-415 at Allenwood to Kilmeague, the L-3002 at Allen Cross and the R-415 at Boherkill to Rathangan.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction L-1002 Garrisker head towards R-148 Broadford turning left staying on the R-148 turning left onto the L-5001 Ballyonan continuing to the junction of the L-5001 Kilrainy.

At the junction L-5001 Kilrainy head towards R-148 Ballyonan turning right staying on the R-148 turning right onto the L-1002 Broadford continuing to the junction at the L-5003 Garrisker.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction L-5009 Ballindoolin continue on the R-401 turning right at its junction L-5002 Brackagh continuing on this road until turning right onto the     L-5009 Killinagh Road.

At the Junction L-5009 Killinagh continue straight on the L-5008 turning left onto the L-5002 Ballycowan continuing turning left at its junction with the R-401 until turning left onto the L-5009 Killinagh.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction of L-5022 Ticknevin continue right until turning left onto the R-403 Dreenan continuing until turning right onto the L-5021 Ballyhagan.

At the junction of the L-5020 continue onto the L-5021 Ballyhagan turning right onto the R-403 continuing until turning right onto the L-5022 Dreenan continuing until its junction with the L-5021 Ticknevin.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction with the L-1017 Coologmartin continue until turning left with its junction of the L-1008 Newtownhortland continuing until turning left at the junction with L-1004 Knockanally.

At the junction with the L-1004 Dunfeirth continue until turning right with its junction of the L-1008 Knocknally continuing until turning right with its junction  L-1017 Coologmartin continuing until its junction with the L-5013 Mucklon.

Aternative Routes:  

At the junction with the L-1004 Knockanally turn right onto the L-1008 Hortland continuing until the L-5030 Fanaghs turning left onto the L-5029 Ballykeelan continuing until its junction with the L-1004 Knockanally.

At the junction with the L-5029 Ballykeelan turn left towards L-5030 Fanaghs turning left towards L-1008 Newtownhortland continuing until its junction with the L-1007 Knocknally.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction with the L-1010 Kilnamoragh continue straight turning right onto the R-407 continuing turning right onto L-1009 Mountarmstrong.

At the junction of the L-1009 Mountarmstrong continue on the R-407 turning left onto the L-1010 continuing turning left onto the L-1009 Mountarmstrong.

Alternative Routes:  

At the junction with the R-415 Derrymullen turn right continuing until turning left onto the L-7081 in Kilmeague continuing until turning left onto the R-409 Downings South.

At the junction with R-409 Downings South turn left continuing until turning right onto the L-7081 continuing until turning right onto R-415 Kilmeague Village continuing until turning right onto the R-403 Allenwood.

Alternative Routes: 

At the junction with the R-125 turn left for Dolanstown continue until turning left onto the L-6228 continuing until turning left at the roundabout onto the R-158 Balfeghan continue until left at R-148 Boycetown.

At the junction with the R-125 Kilcock traffic should travel on the R-148 towards Boycetown turning right onto R-158 Balfeghan continuing turning right at the roundabout onto the L-6228 continuing until turning right onto the R-125 Dolanstown.

Alternative Routes:  

Traffic travelling East at the Junction with the L-70742 Newbury Cross turn right continue until turning right onto the R-403 Derrinturn.

Traffic travelling West should continue on the R-402 towards Edenderry turning left onto the L-70742 Newbury Cross continuing until turning right onto the R-403 Derrinturn.
