Kildare County Council, gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it will close the following road on Thursday, 5 June to Sunday, 12 October 2025 to facilitate road maintenance.

Alternative Routes: Traffic intending to travel North on the L6030 will be diverted Southwest onto the N81. Take a right turn, heading Northwest on L6038. Continue heading Northwest on Rathmore West Road and take a right turn at junction onto the L2018 heading Northeast where diversion ends. Traffic intending to travel South onto the L6030 will be diverted onto the L2018 heading Southwest. Continue onto the L2018 and at junction L6038, turn left onto Rathmore West Road. Continue heading Southeast. At junction of N81 take a left turn, heading Northeast where diversion ends.

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
