Applications are now invited from owners and custodians of historical buildings in need of repair and conservation, to apply under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS) 2027 for funding to maintain and conserve these important structures.
The aim of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to owners of eligible structures to carry out appropriate and essential conservation works using best conservation practice and principles to their qualifying historic properties.
Note to Applicants: Proposed grant works are not to commence until a decision has been made on your application.
Closing date for applications is 30th October 2026 at 4 p.m.
