All Ireland Pollinator Plan

The first Plan covers the period 2015-2020 and a new version will be developed to cover 2021-2025. For all of the latest information on pollinators, how they affect all of us and how to get involved please check out the All Ireland Pollinator Plan website here.

Kildare County Council signed up to the to the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan on Monday 22nd February 2021.
The All-Ireland Pollinator Plan (AIPP) is a cross-sector initiative, led by the National Biodiversity Data Centre, with local authorities, farmers, businesses, schools and local communities, to support pollinators including our 98 bee species, one-third of which are threatened with extinction.
