NAAS DRAFT LOCAL AREA PLAN (LAP) 2019-2023

The Draft Naas Local Area Plan 2019-2023 and Chief Executives Report on Submissions and Observations received to the Draft LAP (10th July 2019) was considered by Kildare County Council at their meeting  on the 29th of July 2019 where the Council resolved to not make the Draft LAP under Section 20 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 (as amended).

 

 

Stages;

Stage 1

Pre-Draft Stage

 
  Forming the issues to be addressed in the Plan and gathering information from relevant stakeholders through consultation and engagement.

 September      2017 -

March 2018

Stage 2

Preparing the Draft Plan Stage

 
  Following a review of collated information & of the R.S.E.S. process a Draft Plan will be prepared by the Planning Authority. The Draft will allow the public the first opportunity to gauge the direction that the final plan is heading.

Stage 3

The Draft Naas Local Area Plan 2019 - 2023

 
 

The Draft Plan is available for inspection for 6 weeks from 18th April 2019 to 30th May 2019. You can view the plan and make a submission by clicking on 'The Draft Naas Local Area Plan 2019 - 2023' above. 

The closing date for receipt of submissions is Thursday 30th May 2019 at 5 p.m.

Chief Executive’s Report

 
  A Chief Executive’s Report will be prepared based upon the submissions received; the report will include the opinion of the Chief Executive as well as his recommendations.
