Extension of Newbridge Local Area Plan 2013 - 2019 to 22nd December 2021 (inclusive)
In accordance with Section 19 of the Planning & Development Act 2000, as amended, the members of Kildare – Newbridge Municipal District at their municipal district meeting on Wednesday 19th December 2018 adopted the following resolution for the Newbridge Local Area Plan 2013 - 2019 ‘‘To extend the life, by a further 2 years (up to and including 22nd December 2021), of the Newbridge Local Area Plan (2013-2019), in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000, (as amended).
