Part 8 – Proposed Public Realm Improvement Works to Market Square, Kildare Town – Planning Ref. P82023.08
The above Part 8 was approved by the members of the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District, at their meeting on 15 May 2024.
The Local Authority will carry out the proposed development subject to the following modifications:
Amendment 1.
That the proposed closure of East Link Road on Market Square is removed from plan.
Amendment 2.
That the removal of further car parking spaces on Dublin Road be eliminated from plan and that the disabled bay be located in proximity to bank on Dublin rd.
The Chief Executive Report and Extract of Minutes will be available here, when they have been adopted by the Members, at their MD meeting in July 2024.
