Dog Breeding Establishments
If you operate a premises where you keep six or more breeding-age female dogs, your premises is considered a Dog Breeding Establishment (DBE).
You must register your premises and obtain a Dog Breeding Establishment Licence from Kildare County Council.
Operating an unregistered DBE is an offence under the Dog Breeding Establishment Act 2010.
