Casual Trading Selection Policy
In accordance with the Casual Trading Act 1995 , as amended by the European Union (Casual Trading Act 1995) Regulations 2018, Kildare County Council operates a Casual Trading Selection Policy when assessing applications for Casual Trading. All licence holders must comply with the terms of their licence and the relevant Casual Trading Bye Laws for the area in which they trade
