Form of Notice of the Confirmation by Kildare County Council of a Compulsory Purchase Order made Under Section 76 of and the Third Schedule to the Housing Act, 1966 , as Extended by Section 10 of the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960 and Amended by the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2022, as Respects all or Part of the Land to which the Compulsory Purchase Order Relates to be Published in Accordance with Section 78 (1) of the Housing Act, 1966, as Amended by the Planning and Development Acts, 2000 to 2022.

R445 NEWHALL JUNCTION IMPROVEMENT SCHEME
COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2022
Kildare County Council has, on the 07th day of December 2023, made a confirmation order confirming without modifications the above-named compulsory purchase order as respects the lands described in Part I and Part II of the Schedule hereto. The said order, as so confirmed, authorises Kildare County Council to acquire the said land compulsorily. It will become operative three weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
A copy of the order as so confirmed and of the Schedule thereto and of and the deposited map referred to in it may be seen at the offices of Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday excepting bank holidays.
A copy of the order, as so confirmed and of the Schedule thereto and of the deposited map referred to in it is also available for inspection on the Kildare County Council Website (in anonymised form):
The order also authorises the local authority to extinguish the public right of way described in Part V of the Schedule hereto, by order made by them after they have acquired the said land.
An application for judicial review of the decision of Kildare County Council under Order 84 of the Rules of the Superior Courts (S.I. No. 15 of 1986) may be made to the High Court within eight weeks of the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 50 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
