Proposed Addition to the Record of Protected Structures
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended), that Kildare County Council, being the Planning Authority for the County of Kildare, proposes an addition to the Record of Protected Structures (RPS), included in the County Development Plan 2023 - 2029, as follows:
Thatched Cottage, Derryoughter East, Kildangan, Co. Kildare.
The particulars of the proposed addition to the Record of Protected Structures will be available for inspection from Monday, 24 April 2023 to Tuesday, 6 June 2023 (both dates inclusive) at the Planning Department, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare and on Kildare County Council’s consultation portal https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/
Submissions or observations in respect of this proposed addition can be made in writing to: Administrative Officer, Planning Department, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or online at https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/
The closing date for receipt of submissions is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 6 June 2023. Submissions made should include the full name and address of the person making the submission and submissions received outside of the public display period will not be considered. Your name will be included in the Chief Executive’s Report on submissions received.
A copy of any submission or observation received will be forwarded to The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage for their observations.
Submissions or observations received will be taken into consideration by the Council before deciding whether or not the proposed addition should be made.
